Another picture of the cousins

While in Minnesota, Isabella turned seven months old. She gets up on her knees and tries to push off with her hands, like she is about to crawl, but she has not done so yet. She is all smiles all the time and just talks up a storm. Her teeth are slowly making their way in and she is getting bigger and longer as each day passes. She loves books, bouncing up and down, and lsitening to music. We are loving every minute with her!
Here she is next to her cousin Bryson and her cousin Jackson is standing in the back by his dad (uncle Jon).

Look at the generations

We decided to take a picture of all the generations that were in MN. How neat is that? We are blessed and fortunate:)!!

Eating with Moms

This is where Isabella tried prunes and sweet potatoes for the first time. As mentioned before, she loves the prunes. We got the same reaction with sweet potatoes. She had so much fun spending time with family in MN! We love you all! Thanks for such a great time!

Bryson's Baptism

Front row: Gigi, Auntie Sara, Moms, Ashley, Isabella, Mrs. Kathy
Back row: Mr. Bob, Uncle DJ, Brian, Papa, Evan and Jackson, Uncle Jon and Bryson, and Uncle Skippy. Bryson did great!

Sitting with my Gigi and my Moms

I just love sitting and talking with two of my favorite people-my grandma Gigi and my great grandma Moms!

Christmas in Minnesota

We managed to get all cousins in a picture while they were awake and in somewhat of a good mood. Bryson is on the end, Jackson in the middle, and Isabella on the other end. Don't they all look pretty and handsome in their matching outfits? They all seemed to have lots of fun together.

Christmas in MO

Isabella is learning early on that Christmas is all about Jesus and His birth. We took these picutres before leaving for Minnesota and shortly after returning. She loved her peeka blocks!

Trying solids

While we were in AL, Isabella tried fruits and veggies for the first time. It took her a few bites of green beans before she liked them. She loves green beans, peas, squash, carrots, pears, peaches, and prunes. Yes, can you believe that our little girl has developed a taste for prunes?! We do not know where she gets that!

Picture with mom and dad

Finally a picture with mom and dad! Thanks Mama Jo for taking such a great picture! We love you!

Aunt Suzie and Mimi

Look at all the smiling faces!! Doesn't just make you want to smile?!

Aunt Jo Jo and Uncle Brian

Look! No help!!

Isabella is six months old and sitting up all by herself. Each time she does it, she sits up for longer amounts of time. She is also scooting around everywhere and is very close to crawling. She is getting so big and time is going by so fast. We are enjoying every minute with her! Auntie Sara and Aunt Jo Jo-she was checking out the sales ads. I have already let her know that she will gets lots of shopping opportunities with you both!!

Just like my uncle Skippy;)

Am I like my uncle Skippy or what?!
I just love to look at myself in my mirror! I also love to give myself kisses!! I am so pretty:)!!

First Thanksgiving

We went this morning to breakfast at Cracker Barrel. We were seated right away-there was no wait for breakfast:). Brian went into work at 11:00 and Isabella and I went to Terri Tate's mom's house for lunch. We had lots of good food. Isabella played and was held often by several. Momma got to play Dominoes! Here is Isabella relaxing in a comfy recliner!

First Halloween

We went trick or treating with our friends the Daley's and the Stroder's. We went to the Stroder's neighborhood and found that the houses gave out some great candy! We know where to go now! That's Karie on the right. Alyssa and her mom are next to Isabella on the left. We had a blast!

Trying Rice Cereal for the First Time

I'm not so sure about this!! Can someone please help me?!!

I like it!!!

That rice cereal is great! I love it and can't get enough of it! I always help mama by pushing the whole spoon in my mouth!

First Hair Cut

While Mama Jo and Papa B were here, Isabella got her first hair cut. Her bangs and the left side of her hair were getting long. Isabella was great! Would you expect anything different?

Visit From Mama Jo and Papa B

Mama Jo and Papa B came at a much needed time for a visit. Isabella had a great time spending all day Friday with them and Brian while I worked. We had a great visit! Thanks for all your help! We love you!

For Gigi and Mama Jo

It was slightly cool today, so we pulled out her longsleeve onsie that read this. As Isabella gets older, I am sure she will have lots of stories to share and not share with both Gigi and Mama Jo! She loves you both so much! We show her your pictures often so she will recognize you when she sees you! This is usually Isabella's expression when she is talking or laughing. What a sweet sound!

Look! No hands!

While playing on her stomach, Isabella grabbed her turtle toy with her mouth and started sucking. She did manage to move the toy with it in her mouth too. She loved taking a bite so to speak! No comments about her hair.....we hope to get it trimmed soon!

Camo Day

A few weeks ago, it was camouflage day at the conservation center. Isabella's sitter (Mrs. Terri) got Isabella and the other kids she keeps a camouflage outfit. She looked so cute, we had to get a picture. And having it with mama made it even better!

Close up

We love our brown-hair blue-eyed girl!! We are so blessed and not a day goes by that we are not constantly thanking God for such a beautiful gift!!

One of the many uses of a box

Once a week, Isabella and Brian come up to school and keep me company as I get things ready for the next week. This week, they found an empty box to play in! Isabella loved it!! Doesn't this picture just make you smile and laugh?!! We are going to have so much fun with empty boxes as Isabella gets older!

Isabella working

Every Monday and Thursday, Brian works at the paper's office in Jackson (that is not far from where we live). He took Isabella to work with him Thursday, since there are few people and it is not quite as busy. Both had a great time, but Brian said once was probably enough. Isabella would roll from back to front and want daddy to come and turn her back over. She did this all day! I told Brian that she was playing a game with him-she knew he would come and interact with her if she rolled over.
It's never to early to introduce her to the computer! She loved the keys!

The Aernie's and Isabella

This picture is a great one!! We will get one to y'all soon! Love you and thanks again for the memories we made!

More NE

I loved playing with Haley! She loved showing me the new things she had gotten. Thanks for playing with us Haley. We love you!!

You guessed it! More NE

We stayed with our dear friends, the Aernie's. Anytime we travel to NE, we stay with them. Here is Nicole with Isabella and their daughter Haley. Isabella had so much fun with Haley. Each time Haley talked, she would look at her and smile. Haley enjoyed playing with her too. And so did Mike and Nicole!! We love you!!

More NE

SO much for getting all of us to look at the same camera at the same time!! Next to Isabella is Aaron and Melanie's first-Seth, Mary Elizabeth, and their youngest, John Marc next to her. We all had so much fun!!

NE continued.....

Here is Pastor Aaron with his daughter Mary Elizabeth and Isabella. I tried very hard to catch Isabella looking at the camera, but I wasn't fast enough. She looked away as I was clicking. I think it is still a cute picture!
Isabella outgrew her NE outfit, so she wore what her great aunt Alice gave her-a Minnie mousie oneise with red pants and her red shoes. This way, she was cheering for the Huskers too!!

NE continued...

The pastor of the church we were members of in NE came to visit, along with the rest of his family. Here is Melanie making Isabella smile and our dear friend Avis is sitting next to her. It was so good to see everyone and Isabella loved the attention and love that was shown to her!

More NE friends

What an adorable picture!! Thanks for coming to meet Isabellla Mary!!

First Nebraska Trip-GO BIG RED!!!

Over Labor Day, we headed to NE for the first home game and to visit our great friends there. On Saturday, there was an open house for people to coem and see us and meet Isabella. Mrs. Kathy (sorry of the spelling is wrong) loved holding her and loving on her. We also enjoyed visiting with her. Thanks for the sleeper, wipes, and diapers!! We love you!

BIG MILESTONE CELEBRATED

Mom noticed that Isabella was kicking her legs while on her side, trying to turn over completely. After about 15 minutes of kicking and trying on August 21, 2009, she finally rolled over!! Mom, dad, and Isabella celebrated with clapping and lots of kisses! We are so proud of our big girl! She continues to roll over each time she is placed on a blanket!

A BIG MILESTONE CON"T...

She kicked herself to her side. She does this often, so mom and dad were not surprised. But mom noticed something different......

A BIG MILESTONE

Just three days shy of Isabella turning three months old she was laying on her blanket having the best time when.....
